do I need a US visa if I start and finish my Alaska cruise in Vancouver?

You didn't mention your country of citizenship, but if you are either Canadian or American you will need a passport.  And yes, either a visa or valid passport is required to travel from other countries, since you will be entering both Canadian and U.S. territory for such a cruise.

Thanks for your answer. I have a valid mexican passport. Since I will start and finish in Canada, i am not sure if I need a US visa. Thanks again for your help!
